Newry Swim Club are holding a half day gala on Sunday 30 April 2017 at Newry Leisure Centre, Clanrye Avenue, Newry.  The gala will commence with an 8.00 am warm up and the gala will finish at 1.00 pm.  This is an 8 lane 25m pool with electronic timing.

There will be four 100M events, 100M Butterfly, 100M Breaststroke, 100M Backstroke, 100M Freestyle and 200M IM.

Minimum entry age for this gala is 9 years old.

County Cavan Community Games held their swimming finals on Saturday 25 March 2017 at Cavan Swimming and Leisure Complex, Drumalee, Cavan.

So members from Breifne Swimming Club took part in these swimming finals with a number of swimmers winning their event, and securing their place in the National Finals which will be held in the National Aquatic Centre in Dublin on Saturday 6 May 2017.

Swim Ulster are holding their annual Ulster Age Group and Youth Long Course Championships over the weekend of 21st – 23rd April.  These will be held in the Aurora Aquatic and Leisure Complex, 3 Valentine Road, Bangor, BT20 4TH.

The minimum age for this competition is 9 years old.
